Unfortunately, we have needed to put in place new payment structures due to a recent interaction with one of our former clients whom we completed a service for and they did not pay. We will now be requiring payment before your appointment for all new clients.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Your hair appointment is reserved just for you. We therefore ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows cost us time and money, therefore, if we receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
We understand that things can happen last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Please note; that failure to pay the cancellation fee will mean that you are not able to book an appointment in the future.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Wash your hair 24/48 hours before. Clean hair is best for a colour service.
Be prepared with inspiration photos. Find 1-2 photos from MHL Instagram and 1 photo from the internet as inspiration.
Eat a meal or bring snacks. Any blonde service can take anywhere from 4-5 hours. Be prepared by bringing snacks to have during the processing time. (We provide a complimentary drink).
